Luxurious newly built cottage in central Wivenhoe

The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. The garden was safe and fully enclosed for the dogs. Parking was easy and we were in a perfect location in the centre of the town. We are looking forward to a return visit later this year.

There could have been a few more kitchen details. No dishwasher tablets. No mixing bowl only one cooking dish and the frying pan had seen better days.

Clean, modern and functional.

Parking was hit or miss. Had to park further down the street which wasn’t a problem, just not ideal as I arrived late with my daughter.

Had a great stay at this lovely cottage so much so we stayed an extra 5 days. It was absolutely spotless and the bed was so comfy! Great location. Owners kindly left us a bottle of Prosecco which was greatly appreciated. Wivenhoe is a great place and we will definitely be back.

The cottage is newly renovated in a central location. The cottage was clean and the bed was super comfy. The kitchen was fully equipped. The hosts are very helpful. Enjoyed my stay and would book again.

The house is comfortable, quiet and warm. Easy walking distance to supermarket, good restaurants and the town centre. They arranged a parking permit before we arrived and only once did we have to park in another road. Wivenhoe was perfect as a getaway spot.

Centrally located. Spotlessly clean. Very nicely and tastefully fitted out

Nothing really.. slightly struggled with adjusting the central heating to make it a bit cooler, but that’s all
