Luxurious newly built cottage in central Wivenhoe

Very comfortable and clean. Good communication with owner. Excellent facilities

The bedroom

The extra bed, one could feel every spring in the mattress, the bedding seemed old and dirty. It would have been a great place to stay for 2 people, just not 4.

Good location. Modern clean house well equipped

Wifi was quite slow and struggled with 4 people just using general apps. (No gaming or streaming by anyone so must be a slow download speed. Pull out bed easy to use but we could feel every spring through the matress. Some kind of topper is required.

Great location, lovely property and very comfortable bed! Even a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, it was perfect.

Beautifully appointed. Perfect location. Good value for money . Also the owner arranged a residents parking permit for us which was a real bonus. Would definitely come back here again

Centrally located in Wivenhoe. Very warm, clean and cosy with everything required for our two night stay. Lots to see and do in Wivenhoe. Will certainly return.

Cottage was clean, cosy and attractive. Co-op supermarket close by.

Airwick plug in air fresheners, which were removed immediately. Cottage is close to a busy junction, so some traffic noise at busy times.
