The host and location exceeded my expectations..Tranquil woodland settings to hear beautiful natural sounds of variety of bird…skylight windows naturally lit self-contained studio flat adjoining to host@ hostess abode… Refreshing restful sleep…Convivial welcoming helpful proprietor…ideally chosen as only 10-12 minutes drive from workplace and shops towards/ in City centre .Lovely scenic semi-rural/rural roads/areas to walk//drive through for nature lovers like myself.highly recommended

A hob for cooking but nothing else.

Location lovely & quite Garden was great for dogs Owners very helpful

Our dogs loved the amazingly long garden. We all loved the walks in the lickey hills. Hosts were very attentive and helpful. We look forward to staying again when we visit our family.

Not keen on the entrance to the apartment. Would have preferred the fridge inside the room. The shower was not actually a walk in, it had a step up with no handrail.

Thank you to Phil and Mi for an amazing stay. My daughter and I are very happy with our stay. Fantastic place, lovely and clean and had everything and more we could need to feel at home. Beautiful location with amazing walks over the hills. Very quiet and peaceful and close to motorway to commute. Hosts are very accommodating, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Phil and Mi are very approachable and friendly. Look forward to staying again :)

Nothing we didn’t like.

The little extra welcoming touches were wonderful, snacks, fresh milk in the fridge, fresh box of cereal, selection of toiletries. Huge bed! Communication with the owners was awesome, he gave us lots of tips for sightseeing etc. It is in a beautiful location. The owner even offered us a lift into the village to our venue for the gig. Lovely people.

I would have preferred to have the fridge and microwave in the room, rather than behind the curtains in a storage area, but it wasn't a problem.

Fabulous location and very friendly host

We expected a full kitchen and prepared accordingly. Was almost a full kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle etc - but no hob. Otherwise absolutely perfect!
