Country Hideaway at Mountain Lakes Resort

Location, activities, the area was very pretty. The cottage we stayed in was nice. The staff and food at the Dinner was remarkable.

The information about the activities was very vague, prices, times were not listed. Where to go to sign up for activities wasn't listed. I did a lot of wasting time trying to find out where to go. One other the pillows were awful, suggesting, placing soft and firm pillows for the guests.

We unfortunately were in a suite below another suite. The people above us were up all hours of the night causing us to not be able to sleep. Every step they took sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. There’s suppose to be a noise ordinance at 11 but they were very loud coming in at 12am and 2 am. Plus they parked in front of our parking spot blocking us from being able to park and I felt like we had no means of reaching anyone because office hours were outside of the times we had the issues so no one could be reached we had to deal with it or resolve the issues ourselves.

The location was peaceful. You did not have cell service. It was beautiful.

The property was very scenic with beautiful views of the mountain and the surrounding lake filled with friendly ducks and geese.

Wasn't very clean and squeaky kitchen floor
