Mike is a great temporary landlord. Very responsive and offers clear instructions. There is a spot just up the road that was available for street parking the entire time. It's a great option for the price!

The only knock I have is I had to brush off the bedsheets a little when I arrived and the bathroom is shared, though I never had to wait for another person!
