The property was very clean and quiet

The sofa bed is broken. Despite informing the management nothing was done

The overall apartment was very nice. It's located in a nice area that's very lively in the day and nice and quiet in the evenings. It is very central in walking distance to cafes and stores. The parking was a big plus as the apartment had assigned parking in an enclosed area.

The apartment was not very clean. The spare blankets were just plain comforters without covers, and the pillows and bedding had old stains and even traces of food. The listing advertises a sleeper couch, but it was broken and completely unusable. The main bed is too small for two people, and with the sleeper couch out of order, sleeping arrangements were very uncomfortable. I reported the issue with the couch, but nothing was done during my stay. I even messaged the owners directly and received no response, so the problem remained unresolved for the entire duration of my visit..

A small fix on the sleeper couch and please make some investigation or sometimes do some inspection in the lobby sometime especially after 19h00 we experience some unpleasant smell of cigarettes
