The bed was broken and the blankets were dirty

The place is cosy, modern and safe. Close to everything you need

1.) I requested an earlier check in and was told the apartment will only be ready at 3pm but I can do a luggage drop at 12 the afternoon, however the apartment was already done before we arrived for the luggage drop. 2.) I booked for 3 people but there was only prepped for 2. Extra linen was brought much later, after I had to inquired about it. 3.) The sleeper couch is broken, safety hazzard to be honest. My brother had to sleep on the very thin mattress on the floor. 4) Management did absolutely nothing to make our stay more comfortable after notifying them about the sleeper couch. Only got a 'SORRY' and never heard anything from them again. You pay so much money to get proper service but in this case it was highly disappointing.

I liked everything about the property except for check in. I requested an early check in before I arrived. I was told to ask again on the day of arrival. I did I informed the agent I was to arrive at 13:30 and unfortunately had to wait until 14:30 for the host to arrive and open for me. A 3 pm check in is not up to par. It should be 13:00 just like any hotel.

All was great.

The facilities were great and sufficient. The space, the bathroom, the layout and decorations superb.

I wish the washer had a dryer. The dry rack was broken. Underneath the bed was not clean and the duvet with no cover had a stain of blood. The sofas, cushions and throws were smelly and not clean.

The apartment was really clean on arrival and the view was amazing. The best part is how we seen on the internet regarding the photos that's what we got and it was really comfortable for my family and my little one!

The bed was really comfortable and everytime I got onto the bed it makes a noise which disturbs my little ones sleep... I have a better bed at home, sad that I have to pay to sleep on something not comfy The room was abit small, I needed to fit a carrier cot in as well.
