The sleeper couch was not comfortable

Clean and good location. Secure parking

1. Days before check in, kept getting emails asking for verification, which required me to enter my bank card details, although I already fully paid. 2. When refusing to enter card details I received email that stated that my accommodation could be cancelled. 3. When arriving at property I waited for more than 40 minutes for somebody to receive us and take as to the apartment. 4. The day before leaving I phoned to ascertain the check out procedure, regarding the key. Did not get any email or messages. The day of check out had to phone again, Was told to leave key at security, the security knew nothing about this arrangement. Very poor service received. Will never go back again.
