If the apartment is left in an excessively dirty or messy state, extra cleaning fee will be charge up to GBP 100. Please note that this property operates a strict no smoking policy. Please note that early check-in from 13:00 and late check-out until 12:00 is possible for an additional GBP 20, subject to availability and by prior arrangement only. A late check-in fee of GBP 30 will apply from 20:00 to 23:00. After 23:00, an additional fee of GBP 15 will apply. Please note that this property cannot accommodate guests under the age of 24.
