"Terrible place to stay"

May be location

Pretty much everything else 1) we booked twin room with separate beds but when we reached it was a room with 1 bed, we had to ask and wait to get them separated 2) The carpet was too dirty, kitchen smelled 3) The coffee and milk pods we got on 1st day were all we had, no replenishing 4) No housekeeping for whole 4 days, the banana peels we through in bin were still there when we checked out 4 days later 5) worst of all their main electric board was out of order, it kept tripping, sometimes it tripped multiple times during night and we had to go downstairs to fix it because we needed fan to sleep it used to be hot. Will never stay there again. Terrible experience

"Simple Luxury"

First long trip with the dog, dog friendly accomodation. The location was brilliant. We walked into the city centre but there are busses and electric scooters. We needed somewhere cheap and cheerful, we were only looking for a room, but there is a shared kitchen and living for self catering. There was a really lovely couple that reside in the property, who were really helpful when I arrived (the dog loved them too and they were also dog friendly) We stayed in a large double room, the bed was comfy and there was two pillows and it slept me, the other half and the dog which is more than when at home. The decor was modern there was tea and coffee provided, I think there was an iron but we didn't really look. I would 100% stay again and hopefully for longer.

My only complaint was that the heating was on, on arrival. As a woman of a certain age... I had to buy myself a fan, although I needed one anyway.

"Not impressed"

The location was perfect because it was quiet central

The facility is more a hostel setting rather than a self contained apartment. No cups and spoons in the room and tea /coffee was provided. Bed was uncomfortable

"To avoid next time"

Nothing

All including very old and bad mattresses, changed 3 times room in the same evening and every room had an issue starting with huge leaking in the bath so water was all over the floor plus not heating work in another and rubbish bad and very dirty floor in the last room.

"Poor"

£50 deposit! Ridiculous! Still waiting for this to return to bank account. Quick at taking money, but slow on returning. Booking.com should vet these so called establishments more carefully. Tax fiddle springs to mind. Although booking.com on it too. Seen as they out source there customer service to Belgium. Booking.com is a horrific service.

"Passable"

Good location. It was nice and quiet but still close to local amenities.

The mattresses are in dire need of replacing. They were very uncomfortable and provided no support as the springs are completely worn.

"Its a very nice experince."

No Breakfast was provided. But the kitchen was avaibale to make yor own breakfast. Frdige , microvae oven is provided so you can find cheaper options for breakfast.

The Matress is not of good quality. I stayed in this occomudation 3 times in last 2 month. You Taking £50 deposit every time I booked is not what other B&B do. I think there should be some memebrship type facility where if you are apermanenet customer then you dont have to pay deposit everytime.
