Door entry a little tricky

Overall okay

Smell of cigarettes inside the rooms, curtains dirty.

It’s not safe given that someone walked in to the house during the night and consumed food I placed in the fridge. I understand it was not the first time this has happened. I reported this to the staff and was told I will be compensated but that did not happen.

Location was okey.

Hotel is not for decent people. Stray people walk in and spend night in common area. Hotel is not manned, entry codes not controlled, no one from admin visits to check and no cctv to monitor, thus serious safety issues. . No regular cleaning, let alone daily cleaning. Beds impossble to sleep on, ended up sleeping on the floor. Food items go missing from the fridge. If you are a smoker and do not ever smoke in your room or any where in the hotel; just from the sight of tobacco, lighter you pay extra £50, false accusion that you smoked and violated the rule and there is no way you can prove your innocence. During my 10 days stay, I did not but I noticed that other guests had issues with their entry codes frequently and other details i would not like to mention.

The place is very clean and well equipped I liked the kitchen and the clean room

The bed was made out of two beds put together and that was a bit uncomfortable

Reasonable location and plenty of room in the car-park. The person on call, Nick, was responsive and moved me to a room with heating.

I booked and paid for the room via Booking.com but was called on the way to the property to ask me for additional security information and to pay a security deposit. This was very inconvenient and it took me quite a while to sort out. I was told that I could not have access to the room until this was completed. When I eventually got access the property was completely empty and the room was extremely cold as the radiator thermostat was broken. I was given another room, and the heating was ok but the television did not work. There were no bedside lamps and it was noisy with traffic noise.

The room is very Quiet.
