"You couldn’t pay me to stay here again"

Someone broke in and stole my bicycle and food out of the fridge, another guests laundry was stolen out of the washing machine. The communal bathroom had human feces and blood smeared on the walls, it looks like a scene from Train spotting, the cleaners neglected this for 2 days. The bed was comfy

"Spacious, clean, functional but not luxury! Great price, would use again"

Location was quiet residential area The triple room was really big, very clean, enough towels and the beds were spaced out

The bed springs were creaky and could be uncomfortable Only one pillow each The noise within the building travelled into the room, but wasn't excessive

"Appalling bad guesthouse, stay at proper national chain not these cowboys."

Nothing.

Everything. We arrived at 3:40pm for check in and the room wasn't ready. The bin was full, the bedding was on the floor and the room stank of rubbish. There was no-one there. We contacted them via booking.com and they gave us another room. This room had a queen size mattress on a double divan base, the TV didn't work and the toilet seat was broken. Absolutely awful night. We originally planned 2 nights but 1 was enough. We booked elsewhere for the 2nd night of our trip. They have refused to refund the 2nd night and still haven't returned the £50 security deposit I paid via Paypal as their website didn't work. Book here at your peril.
