"Short stay ok"

Next to the front door so quite private, fairly clean, nice location not far from centre

Hard to understand how to get in and which entrance to use, mugs were dirty, double bed was 2 singles pushed together, a lot of money for what we had. Still haven’t got the deposit back after a couple days

"Overall is ok, except the staff. It has been a month, please give me back my deposit!"

The price, location and the facility is great. I booked a family room and my kids love the space.

The staff is incredibly hard to reach. Before the trip, paying deposit is a pain since the site simply throw error without specific detail. No information before arrival and now, no information about my deposit!

"Comfortable and good value for money."

The property was easy to get to from the train station. The room was clean and well presented. There was an option to use the lounge which had some cooking facilities. A really nice property, would highly recommend.

It would be great to be able to open the windows downstairs slightly that is safe and secure.

"Crap"

Never got to stay there due to the payman club I would not suggest this place to anyone, payman club it's a scam due to their poor £50 deposits which I attempted to pay through their system which didn't work properly, they didn't not give me instruction to access the property. Even though I said to them to let me in and I will happy try to pay it again they didn't allow me. Anyone trying to book here stay well away.

"will not stay here again"

location was close to my office.

1. they charged me extra deposit(50 pounds) for security https://paymanclub.com/deposit/booking_deposit_terminal/t51gp7/website, never had this before in other places. 2. the mattress was smaller then the bed, I hit my leg couple of times 3. there was a spider in the room

"Good value, clean and homely."

It felt inviting and was clean. I would definitely book again. No problems at all.

An extra pillow would be nice. Mattresses were a little lumpy but I still slept ok.

"It was okay, but there is much room for improvement."

The location was convenient and the wifi was great.

Carpets are dirty, some kitchen utensils are broken, for instance the tin opener. Radiator in my room did not work - ever!!!! Despite two attempts to fix it and NO instructions available on how to operate any of the appliances etc. It was very hard to adjust the shower temp - also without instructions. The hot water setting was stuck at first, and was fixed after two days, but a major safety hazard, as the water was boiling hot! The premise is without guest services, so everything is a schlep. No tumble dryer, no outside seating area. The communal toilet next to the kitchen area was very dirty at times.
