The bed had bed bugs, There was water leaking on the wall of the bathroom. After using the bathroom everytime I had to keep squeegee the floor. The lights in the room didn't work properly, only 2 bulbs was working. It stated that parking is RM 1 per hour but we end up paying 15 ringgit for 6 hours. I understand i didn't booked the room for hundreds of ringgits but still, cleanliness is crucial and important information need to be displayed properly on the booking pages. The only convincing thing was the place was near to where I wanted to go the next day.

酒店房卡比较差，那么也比较脏，床也坏了。

there was blood inside the fridge & microwave, insects in the room & the sheets were old and sofa torn. access card doesn’t work
