GBGBGBLocation was great. The surroundings are beautiful. New part of the Lodge was lovely and warm.
Hot tub is way to small for 4 adults. The old part of the Lodge is dated and the bathroom had a constant musky damp smell. Considering you cant get in until 4 and you have to leave at 10 it could have been cleaner. We had a power cut and had to obtain the number off the reception board in the dark as the number provided on the booking.com information nobody bothered to reply. All in all the stay was Ok.
GBGBGBGBGBThe lodge was amazing, really spacious, well equipped and very clean. Lovely location, very peaceful with the sound of the trickling water.
The only slight disappointment was that on the list of amenities was a separate toilet and complimentary toiletries, unfortunately there were neither. That being said it did not ruin our trip in the slightest.
GBLoved the location and lay out of the lodge. Hot tub was amazing. We were staying to celebrate a birthday and went to Longleat for the day which was only a 15 minute drive.
