GBthe property was large and modern with everything we needed
some of the property would benefit from a lock of paint. also the outside of all lodges were a bit unkempt; lots of unsightly cobwebs for example

The property was definitely not luxury accommodation, as listed. Nowhere to hang any clothes, sewer smell in bathroom and shower loose. No bedside tables in one bedroom. Kitchen area very tiny. You couldn't spend more than a few days as no storage for belongings.
GBWe loved the size of the accommodation and the setting. Location was good too.
The mattresses were so old and soft, you could feel the base when you sat or laid on them. Definitely need replacing. Was told 1 x king-size and 1x double, but both were doubles. Shower rail came away from wall whilst in use, very dangerous. Sink overflow had crack in pipe and leaked into under sink cupboard. No bedside table or lamp in smaller bedroom, had to borrow from sitting area and larger bedroom. Only 1 toilet roll supplied and we ran out. Need extra supplied. Only 1 of each very small, shampoo, shower gel etc. between 3 of us. Expected at least shower gel supplied. No wardrobe or hanging space available in bedrooms. Couldn't use oven as no instructions left and never used electric hop either. Microwave took a lot of guess work too.

We had the choice of hot water or heating!!!! In the,middle of October!!! They then have us a small electric heater. The hideaway was damp, filthy, dirty, full of cobwebs, dirty windows, don't stay there. Hot tub was,dirty.

I spent the two days just wondering why there was a random tap in the front room??? ( thankfully the toddler couldn’t reach this) The property was clean but attention to detail not so great. Eg wardrobe doors thick with dust. Bathroom smelt damp could do with some bleach down the drains.
