Marina Beach Residence with private beach in Marinella

Nous avons aimé le bâtiment particulier avec toutes ces couleurs, le calme, le parking. La gentillesse de DARIO qui nous a bien aidé pour écrire un mail en italien, et son collègue qui nous a attendu le soir . La proximité pour les visites, la marina, tout. On a beaucoup aimé.

Petit bémol. Le ronronnement du frigidaire...

Purtroppo essendo a fine stagione molto servizio mancavano ed essendo senza macchina è stato un po’ un problema muoversi C’è la fermata del treno lì vicino ma quando ho tentato di prenderlo non è neppure passato. Ho preso la febbre i primi giorni ed anche arrivare ad una farmacia è stato un problema. Nel complesso mi è piaciuta

The apartment was big and spacious, the shower was really good, the kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans and dishes etc. The location was great, little shop near by and lots of beaches in easy reach, the private beach we could walk easily to, with loungers and umbrellas included. Was generally so peaceful this time of year. Good value. Very friendly cleaning and maintenance staff around.

The kitchen is not equipped with a tea towel, or scrubbing brush to wash and clean, or bin bags. I didn't mind having to get dish washer tabs or laundry detergent, but because the apartment has a kitchen that you are expected to leave clean after you also, it should come with the basics, of something to wash dishes or surfaces and a tea towel. On our last day a group arrived, which definitely changed the vibe at the beach, all loungers were taken and the peaceful vibe was gone. Wouldn't love it during high season for this reason.

Rezervuojantis jau buvo parašyta kad reiks patiems susitvarkyti virtuvę ( viskas gerai) , bet tada galėtų būti palikta bent kažkokių priemonių . Reikia išsinešti šiukšles , viskas ok , bet palikit maišelių.Mažos smulkmenos kurias tikrai būtų galima pataisyti

Geräumiges Apartment mit Küchenzeile und Waschmaschine, das jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist – wie auch auf den Bildern zu erkennen.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht. Wir dachten bei der Buchung, dass wir in dem interessanten Gebäude wohnen würden, das auf den Bildern zu sehen ist – das war jedoch nicht der Fall. Wir wurden zu einer anderen Rezeption geschickt und in einem anderen Teil der Anlage, etwa 300 m entfernt, untergebracht. Dieser Bereich war allgemein nicht so gut instand gehalten. Das Badezimmer müsste dringend renoviert werden, insbesondere die Duschkabine, die verrostet ist, deren Tür fast herausfällt und zudem sehr eng ist. Der Balkon stand im Abwasser der Klimaanlage. Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass man sich mit einem großen Laken zudecken musste und es keine zwei separaten Decken gab. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage, nur im Wohnzimmer. Kein Internet. Es gab keinerlei Seife, Spülmittel, Spülschwamm oder Müllbeutel. Den Müll muss man etwa 150 Meter entfernt selbst entsorgen.

Very nice place – has a private beach with outdoor shower! (Free sunbeds) Dario was super kind. Even tho check-out is by 10am, they let us stay till 6pm! Great value for money. The area is lovely. The room (actually more like a 1+1) was clean and bright, with lots of natural light, sunbeds on the terrace, and high ceilings. There was even a mokapot in the kitchen!

La Résidence, avec son emplacement parfait, sa jolie petite plage privée, ses restaurants et commerces, pourrait être idyllique. L'appartement lui même pourrait être très agréable avec sa belle terrasse, les deux salles de bains très pratiques, ainsi que la présence appréciable d'une machine

L'inconfort des lits et du canapé (et même des chaises) a gâché tout notre séjour. Par ailleurs, moins grave mais bien dommage, la cuisine est vraiment sous-équipée... par exemple: 4 petites cuillères pour 4 personnes, deux casseroles, pas de dessous-de-plat, etc ...et ne comptez pas trouver un peu de produit vaisselle, ou une pastille pour le lave-vaisselle, ni même une éponge, ou un torchon, ou des sacs poubelle, ou du sel ou du sucre, rien du tout !!!

Quiet, peaceful, easy going location. Beautiful private beach and other beaches nearby. Accommodation was comfortable. The accommodation manager was friendly and helpful on the couple of occasions we spoke to him. The location was lovely, Sardinia is beautiful, the weather was great.

For a self catering accommodation, it was poorly provided for. There was no kettle (although the manager provided one when we asked), no hair dryer, no tea towel or much of any of the basics really. We were provided with half a toilet roll to get us started. The expectation seems to be that you use the small on site shop to buy everything. The electrical outlets were not a standard 2 pin EU socket. We only managed to get by because the kettle came with an adapter, which we were able to use with our EU chargers for phones etc.
