Good location

Property was very tired and needs a renovation. For example kitchen flooring was a hazard. Frying pan had food on it and was rusty and unusable. Can opener did not work, utensils basic and no cheese grater. Generally insufficient utensils and crockery Sofa had a rip and pillows were terrible. Main bed needs replacing

Excellent location to visit Canterbury Cathedral for a graduation ceremony. Fabulous parking!

Flat could do with some tlc

a very well presented accommodation clean comfortably and the location was very good private parking is all ways a bonus it was great to sit on the balcony this morning and have breakfast with the sun beaming down a short walk into town just 6 minutes down the road also two supermarkets 2 minutes away would highly recommend this apartment for a city break

the main bathroom needs a little bit of tlc on skirting board by shower

Location, facilities, host.

Bed bugs in the en suite bedroom. No signs other than successive bites on neck, face, legs and arms. The bites stopped when sleeping on the sofa. We told Sam, the host, and he said he would deal with the problem the day we left.

The flat was lovely, clean and spacious, nice and roomy and the bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee was left out for use and the balcony was nice to sit out on, when warm enough! Close to a Tesco's and Waitrose, which were 5 mins walk away, so very convenient.

The lift wasn't working, so I had to lug my very heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs, but I didn't mind using the stairs once I had taken my suitcase up to the flat, but it might be an issue for some people, if the lift is not fixed. To walk into town (only 10 mins away and ok to do) you have to go under an underpass, as the road is very busy and too dangerous to cross, I didn't realize this, when I booked the flat and would have to go under an underpass...I avoid underpasses as much as possible....it seemed quite safe though as there is CCTV and it is directly opposite a police station, but I am a female solo traveller and so that stopped me going back after dark, as I didn't fancy walking through it on my own after dark.

Excellent location to the city and a reserved parking spot. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities.

One of the previous reviews mentioned bed bugs next to the living room. We checked the mattress and saw what looked like a dead bug. The kids and wife slept together in the other bedroom, which did not have a comfortable bed. I slept on the couch. There was mold in the bathrooms. Lift was out of service and the property was on the second floor floor.

The location was excellent to visit Canterbury, the apartment was comfortable. Upon our arrival there was no electricity, but that was sorted quickly.
