Cleanliness. Great communication and warm welcome with ma’am Princess and Checking out with ma’am Lotty (Princess sister). They will make sure you are okay and comfortable. It has 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. 2 Balconies are really great specially with kiddos enjoying views ;) There is some snacks and drink from the fridge. What we really like about this property is how big it is and that we can wash our clothes 😊 it has washer and dryer combo. Plus everything is walking distance from mall, restaurant and etc. We highly recommended this unit! If you decided to rent in manhattan. We will comeback for sure! ❤️ Thank you so much!

Water in water dispenser have a little bit after taste.

It’s clean, wifi connection is strong and stable and the place is very much accessible to mall and convenient stores.

I liked the whole place, especially how clean it was. It had two private bedrooms and two private bathrooms, plus two balconies so my friend and I had total independence and privacy which was lovely. The unit was clean and well stocked and every room had it's own air conditioner. The tv had Netflix and other conveniences, and the fridge had convenience drinks. The area is super modern and safe.

The water in the water filter dispenser tasted suspiciously like tap water. It takes about 45 minutes drive to the airport, and over one hour in peak hour traffic.
