The first strong case to get this unit is its location. It is right inside the Araneta Center/City so it is easy to go to places for shopping, dining, entertainment. The unit owner/manager is very prompt in giving the keys to the unit at the lobby. Elevators are working just fine. The unit is well-maintained, clean, and all appliances (that we used) are functioning just fine like the ACUs, microwave, ref, TV, water dispenser, lights, water heater, WIFI. The beds were also comfy enough to give one a good sleep. The unit is spacious enough to accommodate the 6 of us (all adults). We were able to access Netflix and Youtube with ease. A real value for money and highly recommended.

the paid parking is in another tower so there is some distance to cover to reach the tower and the unit

Easy communication with the property manager. She was easy to reach whenever we had questions. Very good location, we enjoyed how accessible everything was Thank you so much for letting us check in early!

Cllean comfortable room in a good location.

.Not for families who are counting on having some nice pool time. Pool is charged by person with no outside visitors. We were there on a weekend and couldn't use it at all because our names had not been added to the list and then it was closed on Monday for maintenance. Next time I would choose a location with better and more accessible pool facilities.

This is our second time staying at the property. I want to thank the host for accepting our booking despite that we just booked hours before check in time. The property is very spacious and has everything that you'll need in your stay. Location is very accessible as it is just across the mall and market. We definitely recommend this place for all who wants to have a very nice staycation experience.

The renter met us at the lobby at the exact time of our arrival with easy check-in and they accommodated our early morning check-out. Fully equipped "snacks and drinks" for a reasonable price.

Missing curtains in the corner of the living room made it difficult to watch TV. The air conditioners were kinda noisy and not so cold.
