"A condo"

Location. Mall nearby, ATM, small supermarket at entrance. Little nice condo of a private person. Washing machine.

The thin plastic bag in the dustbin. We were asked to clean before checkout. Ok. My wife cleaned the floor on her knees with a cloth :-) When I went to the basement B1 to dump the full bag, it broke and the contents fell on the basement floor. My turn to clean ...

"We would come again"

Clean and comfy and neat. Beds are very good. 7/11 downstairs and minimum 5 malls in walking distance also many restaurants and fast food stores. Anything you need! Also easy to commute, because Cubao is some kind of travel hub. If we had any problems or questions, the caretaker was always available and answered within minutes, although we did not expect. I can fully recommend this unit, we would come again.

The space is so huge, very comfortable even for big families. Very near at Araneta coliseum, ok to book if you will watch concerts
