Very good communication from Jeremy. Prompt reply to every questions. Clear check in and out instructions. Very cheap stay considering the proximity and facilities. Welcomed by a bar of chocolate. You have the whole house to yourself. Ample parking

"Exceptional"

The house was clean, spacious, stylish, and in the perfect spot for exploring York city center! The host was super helpful. They provided coffee and chocolate, and the cupboards were stocked with extra pillows and blankets. We had such a comfortable stay and would definitely love to be here again!

Great location, a stones throw from the river and lots of pubs. Good communication from the host. The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of parking outside. All in all I would defintley stay here again.

Great homely feel with everything you need. Super clean and spacious for the 5 of us. Great lay out and little extras like board games. Everyone would return.

Great location 10 minute walk into the city of York.

Only issue was the neighbour having their TV on loud till after 11pm.
