Stylish Retreat Inside City Walls

The house was absolutely immaculate! It's had everything you could have wanted, plus more. There were so many personal touches to the property too, which made our stay extra special. Communication was brilliant, and so was the location of the property. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here. You won't be disappointed. Thank you for a lovely time.

Gorgeous, freshly renovated, beautifully clean, well appointed terrace house in a quiet location inside the walls of York. This beautiful home had everything our family of three could need, and much more.

Good Location. Lovely little terrace house. Very nicely decorated and had everything we need for our 2 night stay. Jeremy from Kindred Spaces answered any queries I had almost immediately. Even at 10pm the night before our arrival which I wasn’t expecting!

We booked for 6 adults and the double bed downstairs was very small but comfortable. The downstairs bathroom was very cold.

Excellent location. Comfortable and well equipped self-catering accommodation.

The small steps at the top of the stairs, up to the bedrooms and down to the bathroom. For safety reasons, perhaps the step leading to the bedrooms could be highlighted in some way. The knob on the upper bathroom door was off and had been placed on the stand by the bath. Perhaps the knob could be secured in some way as the door is difficult to open without it!

Great location to view York on foot, only 10 minute walk to all the attractions, super clean place with all modern amenities and great little touches to add to a relaxing comfortable stay. Clear instructions from owner on how to access the property and all the information we needed.
