"Superb"

The house was in a very quiet street a short walk to the city centre. We found a parking space outside the house, bit there was no issues with parking in the street. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Nothing really, no problems with our stay.

"Encellent stay, plenty of room for all of us, very clean and great facilities."

Breakfast wasn't included location was great for us because we wanted to be near our son's house, but we know that this is a great area for getting into the city centre on foot or by bus, it's quiet, there are excellent shops/restaurants etc. on Bishy Road and with two older guests we really appreciated the downstairs en-suite room. Kitchen was very well put together and equipped.

It was a little cold downstairs for our older guests, but the weather was cold.

Very central and easy walking distance into the centre. Well presented and a lot of thought has gone into what would be needed needed in each room to make your stay very comfortable. Any questions answered promptly.

"Excellent property for 5-6 people, worked better than a hotel as guests all together."

The property was close to the train and city centre. The furnishings were of good quality. Also had tea bags etc for you to use.

"Great property for a weekend in York"

Great size rooms, lots of kitchen items, smart tv was good, easy to get inside and just a good overall space for relaxing, eating and enjoying each others company. The location is also ideal for walking into York town centre.

If I was going to nitpick anything it would be the creaky floors but that’s only because we had a baby with us who we didn’t want to wake up!

"Exceptional"

Amazing location. Decor like new. Really good kitchen facilities. Very clean throughout. Lovely complimentary items - coffee pods, chocs, even bubbly. Great communication. Really pleased with everything :)

Only constructional feedback is to address the temperature of the downstairs bedroom. We arrived during a cold snap in November. The central heating was fine for the rest of the house but the radiator did not get hot in this bedroom, which was also in an extension with a large window. Consequently, this room stayed very cold.
