Proximity to Cambridge

Le personnel gentil et prêt à aider, propreté, localisation pas trop loin du centre historique de Cambridge et ses collèges fabuleux, mais en même temps tranquillité et air pur. A la réception, l'efficacité avec un sourire bienveillant, toujours à l'écoute. Un très bon séjour en somme!

La douche pas très confortable, les matelas pourraient être meilleurs. Mais ce ne sont que des détails secondaires!

Quiet, nice breakfast, clean, big desk.

The shower was spilling everywhere, due to the lack of a proper curtain/door. The hairdryer was not provided. The extractor fan in the bathroom was not working properly. Minimimal towels provided.

Rooms were clean.. Potters were very helpful and nice

The price was much for a single bedroom.. every other thing was good

The room was generally good for the money, pleasant surroundings nearby in the college (nice art work and architecture visible when walking through) and excellent breakfast. Bed a touch small but comfy.

No soap or shampoo whatsoever in the toilet/ bathroom. I would expect at least a bar of soap or a cheap dispenser near the sink and shower.

Gute Lage zum Stadtzentrum. Freundlicher Portier, der sich sehr bemüht hat.

Es war kein bezugsfertiges Zimmer vorhanden. Es ist mir schon klar, dass ein Collegezimmer keinen 4* Komfort bietet, aber grundsätzlich sollten vor allem die Badezimmer gereinigt werden, bevor man sie Gästen anbietet.

The staff were very kind and told me where to park my car. After leaving, I found I had left my suits, and he kept them for me.

Staff were not in the porter’s lodge(reception), when I arrived at 5:30 pm. I gave a call to the number on the board, but I couldn't get in touch with them. Booking.com shared the number, which worked.
