Location is quite near the city centre. That's the only positive thing. But far from the train station.

1. We couldn't check in on time and wasted an hour in the lobby waiting for the staff to resolve issues with their system. We were not the only guests experiencing this delay. No one apologized for the inconvenience or offered any discount or extension of our checkout time. Given that the checkout time is 9 AM and check-in is at 3 PM, this is unacceptable for the price we paid. 2. The only reason I booked this hotel was for the breakfast, but when I arrived at 8 AM, there was none left! I didn't expect a full English breakfast, but at the very least, bread, cheese, and ham would have been sufficient—none of which were available. This is ridiculous. 3. The bathroom in our room wasn't cleaned, and the noise insulation was terrible. You could hear everything happening in the corridor and in other rooms. I understand that these are college dorm-style rooms, but they shouldn't be priced this high.

It was very unusual architecture, and the rooms were bright and airy.

Good location. Check in very smooth. On site car parking.

Lumpy bed. One pillow. Not the greatest night. Sorry to say the beakfast was a fair bit below expectations - nothing hot, just pastries which looked ok, and some unappealing cold ham. There was also a small bowl of fruit and yoghurt if you fancied it. The serving staff were great and they made a great cup of coffee.

Great location, and amazing building. It was simple and felt quiet and private.

The room was quite simple, but that’s what I expected.
