Lack of communication before arrival. First i was assigned a room with no door lock but after requesting an other room the hotel staff complied. Same with wifi, after asking why it was not working they tried to fix it. Shower is hot and location good.

Fake hotel. It's a total scam.. I was having a booking in the different hotel but they have some setting in the opposite hotel and they told me that the hotel you booked is full and you have to chose the other one. The hotel having common washroom, no keys given for the door, no ac.. Booking. Com is the total scam website just like agoda.. Would ask every colleague to not book hotel from here.
