Nothing

There was a complementary breakfast in our booking but the staff denied by saying we didn't have which I am clear that it is very poor management

Personal is very hospitality and sincerely.

Location and name is shown on the booking program different than real. Finding real location was difficult for us. It would be nice name of the hotel being changed. ( We stayed at the hotel named Fabexpress premium rooms).
