Professional staff, coordination & service of housekeeping were on time and proper hygiene was maintained. rather than that everything was good. However, the complimentary water was given only one drink at the time of check-in,

ridiculously bad

This is the worst place I have checked in within last 5-10 yrs. While entering they provided a bottle of water as complimentary, I had to drink a bit because it was almost mid night then. Later in the morning I realized that it is just tap water with very bad smell. I had stomach issue after that which took quite sometime to recover. Anyway, I check out instantly after staying one night although I paid for three nights. The name of the hotel on the booking.com is something else, however, the actual one is "fab hotel oyo something". That was extremely confusing. I wanted to rate (-100 rating) however, booking.com does not provide that :P. Please avoid this place. It charges moderate amount but service is extremely bad.
