Property was clean, deck was lovely, close to all amenities

the wifi was a bit frustrating and the beds were too soft for our liking.

Perfect location, simple yet beautiful, peaceful to spend time with your loved ones at the bank of river. Clean and well maintained

Amazing views and location, especially having a coffee on the terrace in the morning and watching a kingfisher swooping down the river 😀 a very special property and great base for exploring Bath but close to nature.

Loved the feel of the whole property.I liked the idea of the property being a historic location but with contemporary design internally.

The property was clearly built in era where people were under 6 foot. Had a few bumps to the head. That aside no other complaints.

Fantastic location for exploring Bath, and also just stunning being right on the river - saw a heron from my bedroom one morning! Lovely to stay somewhere with a unique history. Modern restoration with everything you could need bar a few little things we have suggested to the owners, but only for very minor improvements

The WiFi wasn't great so if you are travelling for work or need consistent WiFi it wouldn't be ideal. My phone was struggling to load websites at points, especially when there was more than one of us using the WiFi at the same time.
