The location is good and good restaurants around. I've stayed here before a few times and the room we have stayed in has always be great with the bathroom been big and the beds comfortable.

The room we stayed in on this occasion was terrible. The bed were from back in the 80s (mattress) where terrible 😫 i had a bad back and they made it alot worse. The beds 🛌 mattress should be standard through the hotel. You pay nearly the same price you expect the same when you stay in another room. This was not the case. Also the toilet 🚻 flush 😳 well ... you flush it and you need to wait 10 mins before you can do it again. If I return in will not be staying in this room again.

Good location, check in and check out were easy. Staff were helpful in organising an early check in.

Very old rooms, didn’t feel clean. Shower door was broken and very little ventilation so got extremely hot. Was terribly overpriced for the room.

There was a spider in the room and the toilet was not clean. When I walked in and both the room and the toilet was stinky.

Code to get in both doors, first room given was a twin one of the beds had a plastic mattress rock hard !! Really small room, very misleading photos , bathroom clean bed linen. Changed room only one towel for two people, one window lock was broken so we couldn’t open it and the room was boiling hot .. terrible place

The self service check in, using keypads with codes given seems convenient and safe. Bathroom has recently been renovated. We were told there would be no onsite staff although, there was a man onsite whom helped source some more milk for the room. The location was handy and around £7 in an uber to the city centre which worked out fine for us. Working tv in the room.

Beds not overly comfortable, noisy and worn. The walls are so thin I could hear conversations from the next room. The roof was cracked and looked like it was about to cave in due to what looked like a leak upstairs. Hairdryer doesn’t work and is very dated. Decor is extremely dated with mismatched furniture. No teaspoons to make coffee/tea. The shower door was hanging off making it difficult to close. Stains on floor. The heating was constantly on as it’s “controlled” - I can assure you it was most definitely “out of control” as our room was BOILING! This made it even extremely difficult to sleep.

The bed were comfortable

The carpets are old, the microwave was dirty and the room was small than expected.
