Everything was fine

Fairly basic Hotel at a great price and in a great location for both Jesmond and the town Centre. £6 Uber into town. Jesmond is a lovely place with cafés and restaurants and bars.

All good.

The toilet 🚽🪠 was not clean enough.

Once in the bedroom this was ok. Furniture in the bedroom very tired but ok. Shower was useless as very poor water pressure but bathroom looked fairly modern and was clean

1. Car parking - limited but that was not the worse part. Parking out front of the hotel is resident permit only so you have to park in the rear alley . This was disgusting and looked far from save. Rear lane car park located is full of unemptied wheelie bins, overflowing that stank. SEE PICTURE Car park also used i guess by residents for smoking. Those huddled in the corner whenever i parked, left you feeling uneasy and worried about your cars safety. So parking is awful! 2. Hotel is grotty, internal passage ways are narrow, dark, like a rabbit warren and gave the appearence of a 'doss house'. This realy is an awful place and for the money there is better, much better available!

Solid stay, while working away. Bathroom was nee and shower was good 👍
