I didn’t know that the city council housed people in here that were vulnerable and could constantly smell dope

The properly was comfortable, good value for money and perfect for what we were looking for. It was very quiet and everything was in order.

The gentleman who opened the door to greet us wasn’t too friendly, but we didn’t see him after the initial hello. The lady was very nice.

Clean & comfortable. Lovely modern bathroom. Convenient location a reasonable walk from West Jesmond Metro station. Liked that it was keypad entry (although we did meet a member of staff on the premises)

Nothing! We needed accommodation, you provided what we needed. Perfectly adequate for us.

The room smelt of stale smoke and sweat. The mattress was visible through the sheet. The teabags were unwrapped and there was no shampoo.

Location in quiet residential street and close to amenities and public transport.

Room could have been cleaner and warmer. When we arrived, the room was freezing cold and we needed to use electric fan heater for much of the night.
