Nothing bad experienced.

They didn’t accommodated me and I’m still expecting a refund. I left several messages to the property and haven’t received any response

No means of escape of there was a fire as window was locked and there was no hot water in the morning

Clean and very quiet despite proximity to two busy streets. Great hot water pressure. Helpful staff.

The communal areas were dirty, not a good first impression. The bed sheets were clean but the room needed a deep clean, the whole property does. It's in a very rough area which I wasn't aware of when booking. There was a police car driving around who we stopped for advice and he couldn't give reassurance and just said 'keep your wits about you and keep an eye on your car'. There's a mosque around the corner where we had to park. Smashed glass all over the pavements ect. There is a couple of halal shops on the street. As white British females, we were uneasy in this area.
