Nous avons eu peur en lisant certains commentaires mais l’hôtel est vraiment très bien, très propres !

La piscine n’est pas très propre, des travaux dès 8h du matin et certain employés nous ont proposé certain services de visite à des prix exorbitants ce qui nous a un peu donnée l’impression de nous faire arnaquer.

Internet fatal, habitación sucia y diferente a la de las fotos, insectos, hormigas en la cama que tuve que quitar el primer día, un solo enchufe que funciona en la habitación y ninguno en el baño para secarte el pelo. Te dicen que para la habitación que has pagado (la de tus fotos en booking) tienes que pagar más... fatal.

L’emplacement est bien. Adam est un guide local qui nous a amené dans tous les beaux endroits de Tetebatu, il est absolument génial je vous le recommande !

J’ai mangé des rouleaux de printemps le soir à l’hôtel et suis tombée très malade, donc je ne conseille pas forcément d’y manger. La chambre n’était pas très propre et pas chaleureuse. Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. Nous nous sommes également fait masser, je ne recommande absolument pas, c’était les pires massages de notre vie entière.

The property is very close to rice terraces and waterfalls. We enjoyed the walking tour through rice terraces and the waterfalls.

The property had some septic problems but the staff was kind in helping us move to a new room.

The view from room 15 was incredible! Watching sunrise on Mt Rinjani was amazing. The cafe served fabulous food and we ate regularly. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were terrific. Gardens were beautiful. Really enjoyed staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend this place.

Pool wasn’t operating due to recent rains but it really didn’t matter though it did look lovely. Otherwise there was nothing we didn’t like.
