Pondok Tetebatu Cottages and Cafe

Estaba todo muy sucio, la piscina verde, el lavabo sucio no parecía haberse limpiado… las toallas olían mal y la ubicación queda un poco lejos de todo…

Nach einem Zimmer Upgrade war alles soweit in Ordnung. Wenn gleich auch hier alles etwas feucht war. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker und das Personal super. Auch die Tour welche wir direkt in der Unterkunft gebucht haben war super.

Das ursprüngliche Zimmer war sehr feucht und es hat unangenehm gerochen. Alles sehr alt. Dringend das bessere Zimmer buchen.

Bon rapport qualité prix ; l’hôtel est bien situé , le personnel est accueillant, nous avons des enfants et fait notre excursion avec Adam qui travaille pour l’hôtel et nous le remercions chaleureusement de nous avoir fait découvrir avec bienveillance et patience tous les alentours ; nous recommandons

The pool was a welcoming addition. Spacious room with air con and comfy bed. Organised a guided waterfall tour with the staff. Cafe food was good.

Had kettle but no tea or coffee. Door handle broken in bathroom but minor things really.

Fantastic and authentic place. In the middle of Tetebatu’s ricefields, we had an amazing stay in this hotel. We got an upgrade to the first floor in the new building, our kids stayed downstairs. The view on the volcano from the first floor is simply stunning, especially in the early morning. I would really recommend taking one of the rooms upstairs (number 15 is the best), the view is absolutely worth it, and the rooms are also more comfortable. We stayed 6 nights, the pool is clean and large, the food in the restaurant is great, particularly the coconut curry’s and the chicken rendang. The staff is young and friendly. The owner very genuine. Adam, the tour guide, is exceptional. He brought us to the panoramic ricefields, monkey forest, pottery class, waterfalls, even Selong beach, and together with the kids, we enjoyed playing UNO with him. If you want to see the real Lombok in a quiet, honest place, this is your spot. I have read some very bad reviews, but this place doesn’t deserve this. People that are looking for five stars hotels will be disappointed, but the hotel doesn’t pretend to be one. People who look for a calm, clean and real Lombok experience, should simply book.

Gute Lage für Unternehmungen in Tetebatu

Beschrieben war, dass die Unterkunft Roller vermietet. Leider war das nicht der Fall. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und wirklich sehr sehr hellhörig. Die Handtücher im Bad sind nicht trocken gewesen bei Ankunft . Die Anlage ist insgesamt nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Alles ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und hellhörig.

La piscine non entretenue et laiteuse. Prestation massage à éviter, les gestes sont dignes d’un debutant.

De oorspronkelijke kamer was ondermaats ( muffe geur), maar we kregen dan 2 kamers boven in de modernere versie, zonder al teveel problemen. Mijn kleinzoon had een graat v d vis ingeslikt en deze zat vast in zijn keel. De patron hielp hem met veel goede raad zodat hij later kon verder eten ( geen vis meer 😉)

Large room with everything provided for. Bathroom was clean. Nice pool and good food in the restaurant. Staff was super helpfull and nice.

There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom, not from uncleanliness for sure since everything was immaculate, but maybe something wrong with the pipes/sewer system? Also the pool was cleaned everyday, but didn’t have a water pump or water circulation. However with the frequent maintenance we saw that shouldn’t really be an issue.
