The villa not maintained well , the maintenance didn't check the villa before our arrival, we found many shortages and things need to be fixed.

1) The hot water boiler does not work. We were a family of six, and we all basically did not take a bath as hot water was essential. It also tripped the electricity of the entire house 2) The whole floor was sticky and unclean. The cutlery was also unclean 3) security does not allow your vehicle to come into the property. So we had to unload 11 luggage bags and walk about 600metres from gate to the building. Security refused to help in any shape or form 4) reaching out for help was not useful. The contact on WhatsApp was unresponsive during the stay.

GBGBThe resort staff were lovely and helpful. It was a good location, and the property was a good size.
It was not cleaned efficiently at all. We found a grape in the corner, a dirty slipper under the sofa, a table full of crumbs and dusty where it hadn’t been opened out and cleaned, and bubblegum under the sink on the shelf in one of the bathrooms. There must have been a previous leak as the kitchen ceiling was mouldy and flaking.
