GBLocation was excellent
The office Staff at Aqua Lettings were not very helpful. Numerous issues which took time to deal with ie fridge freezer broke, day later maintenance man came but my freezer food had all defrosted. Staff didn’t seem to care ( could have been language issue) but was overall dissatisfied .

A bit of a walk to shops and main town

No cleaning done by property management company during the course of our 8 night stay. Person on reception didn’t ask if all was ok when handing the key back at the end of our stay.. just a short ‘hand your keys in here’
USClose to the sea
The staff is not helpful at all. I had requested that the apartment be on the ground floor because of my mom’s disability. They initially confirmed that they will accommodate but when we got there, they gave us an apartment on the first floor. Moreover, the location was really far from the office towards the end of the complex which required a lot of walking which we were trying to avoid. When we arrived in the apartment, there was water on the floor, and the person guiding us, didn’t bother to can help to get it cleaned.

GBThe apartment was lovely, had everything we needed. Shop on site and a bar / restaurant.
The bed was so hard that I had to sleep on settee . Some evening entertainment would have been nice .
GBI love everything about the location. It was like dog city though lots of dogs about but they seem to be well looked after.
The property was lovely. The bathrooms could have a bit of an update though, but apart from that, it was lovely.
AULocation good
Power kept on going off, extra toilet paper not offered, toaster caused a glitch in the power so we asked for a new toaster which took 3 days to get another one. No bulb in lamps, toilets and showers had mould, they said they would give us "medicine" to fix, but neither the medicine or someone to sort the filthy mould arrived . When a young man arrived to see what the problem was with power, he said it was to do with aircon in lounge and he then turned it on..well that didn't work..what an idiot. Also dishwasher was not empty upon our arrival, we had to clean our toilets when we arrived, ,.but apart from that it was fine.
