The hot tap in the shower was very hot and burnt my leg very badly. i did message apartment staff, but they didn't reply to me
SAGBThe villa was lovely, really spacious and had everything that we needed. The resort itself is lovely and all the people are really helpful and friendly.
Nothing. However we had to move to a different villa for the last night which was inconvenient and we weren’t made aware of that before we arrived.

Advertised at 3 bathroom, was only given two and staff did not do anything about it. Also wifi did not work.

GBFantastic location, great ambience, staff were friendly and helpful. Private beach and views were amazing. Shop restaurant and spa were all welcomed on site.
Problem with electric in room. No electric in the room for whole day and No air con for a couple of days. Staff were not able to solve the problem immediately and could not offer a short term solution. Made a couple of days more difficult. Also the closest pool was closed for over 24hrs, but no info on what was happening.
