The Experience Resort-Lake Facing

The staff at the experience resort were amazing, really friendly and very helpful with everything including arranging our onwards travel and quickly fixing a small shower issue. Location is also really great, a short walk to all the lakeside attractions or up to the city palace. For the price we paid it was absolutely worth it.

The music next door as other people have mentioned does put you off sitting outdoors in the evenings.

Love the place, staff was very welcoming and sweet. Sahina ji guided me regarding shops and places. It is a cute and homely place, my room was fantastic and everything was already there and all the services were very quick. :) :)

I accidentally overstayed in my room but nobody has booked it so manager could have been easy about it and let me clear it without charging me for an extra day. So unhappy with the way he handled it. My check out was on at 12o clcok and I was informed about my overstay around 4 o clock, it was bit unfair.

Excellent location. Beautiful views! The giant tree at the entrance and the lake side restaurant creates an unparallel charm. The hospitality was top notch. Chef Promod customised all the meal according to the request and the food was tasty! The staff was humble and attentive. Special thanks to Dinesh for helping us out with all queries and recommendations!

Lovely hotel with friendly and very attentive staff. The place is clean and in a good location. We would stay here again.

Like other reviews mentioned there is loud music from the place next door, but it stopped at 10 each night.

Ottima posizione nella città vecchia, bell’affaccio sul lago soprattutto dal patio della colazione e da alcune stanze. Bellissimo albero secolare all’entrata. Camera spaziosa cosi cone il bagno con doccia amoia.

Lo staff non parla inglese e non è formato per accogliere e comunicare con turisti stranieri. Hanno sparato dei botti che ci hanno spaventato per allontanare le scimmie mentre facevano colazione a pochi metri senza nemmeno avvisare. È arrivato un fattorino per consegnarci un pacco la sera e lo hanno fatto stare davanti alla stanza al 3o piano ma nessuno ci ha avvisato finché non siamo saliti. Servizio colazione pessimo: tazze del caffè portate con incrostazioni di sporco per due mattine di seguito e confezioni do marmellate monoporzione già apertw. Qualità scarsa. Colazione con piccolo buffet salato non adatto a turisti occidentali; menu alla carta compreso ma la qualità lascia a desiderare. Piscina inutilizzabile.

Very good location and lovely hotel. Spacious room with fantastic lake view and delicious food. Very nice and helpful staff.

Great location great value super clean and pleasant. AC and facilities were excellent.
