Single room with beautiful garden

Karen e John sono due persone splendide, hanno fatto di tutto per farmi sentire a mio agio. La casa è molto carina con un bel giardino e con la casetta dei due coniglietti. La struttura si trova un po’ fuori dal centro ma comodissima da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici che si trovano dietro l’angolo e funzionano tutta la notte e giorno. Una sera sono arrivata tardi e avrei dovuto tornare ad Edimburgo per mangiare invece John mi ha preparato una omelette. Speriamo di rivederci presto 🥰

Absolutely amazing stay! Karen and John are so friendly, helpful, and accommodating, it made such a difference on my trip. The room is perfect, bed is comfy and the bathroom is excellent. Location is great, shops and a couple pubs and takeout restaurants within walking distance and an easy bus to the city centre. And breakfast is fantastic!

Mijn verblijf in deze B&B was echt bijzonder. Door een probleem met mijn vlucht was mijn bagage niet meegekomen, wat behoorlijk stressvol was. Gelukkig werd ik verwelkomd door Karen en John, die ongelooflijk vriendelijk, warm en behulpzaam waren. Hun gastvrijheid was precies wat ik nodig had op dat moment en maakte een groot verschil. De B&B zelf was fantastisch. De handdoeken waren zonder twijfel de zachtste en beste die ik ooit heb gehad, en de douche was geweldig. Karen en John zorgden ervoor dat ik me meteen thuis voelde en maakten van een moeilijke start toch een heel aangenaam verblijf. Daar ben ik hen ontzettend dankbaar voor. Bedankt voor jullie warmte en zorg. Ik hoop zeker nog eens terug te komen wanneer ik opnieuw in Edinburgh ben!

A lovely home away from home with warm, caring hosts

I have stayed in a number of homestays over the past few weeks and this one is by far the best. Good room, excellent bathroom, very pleasant and helpful hosts, good location (walking distance to the Hunters Tryst Bar and restaurant), and very reasonably priced :)

The room was relatively small, but comfortable and well-equipped, and the private bathroom was just perfect. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, I really enjoyed my stay with them.
