Single room with beautiful garden

The hosts are wonderfully welcoming, thoughtful and helpful. There was plenty of room for all my gear…I was running the Edinburgh Marathon and had some wildlife watching and beach days planned so I had LOTS of ‘stuff’, I was very comfortable. Parking was really easy, they free up their drive for their guest bless them. Fabulous wet-room which was very much appreciated after running the marathon and my other adventures, in blistering heat. Lots of trees and plants, birds and wildlife in and around the garden, beautiful. Thank you Karen and John for making my stay really special.

It truly felt like a home away from home. Karen and John are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They welcomed me with so much kindness and made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, and everything was excellent value for money. They were always happy to help whenever needed. I would absolutely love to stay there again.

Karen and John are very nice. Very clean place. I was allowed to come in early, I did not take advantage of the breakfast because I left very early. In all fairness, both Karen and John were very accommodating but I made minimal use of the stay since I only needed to sleep and fly out the next morning. Quiet and safe neighborhood, not far from main roads and busses.

Street parking, very tight. Residential street. I was offered the driveway but had already parked on the street.

Breakfast was generous, very friendly welcome and good chat
