The Filoxenia Apartments, Nikiana

The parking was a plus. The location is close to shops and cafes.

So many mosquitoes...a room had an empty fumigator to help with that. There was no socket in the kitchenette to plug in a kettle. The towels and bedsheets had old stains.

Great location, friendly host, very clean.

Cant respond as i was taken to another apartment which was very basic We were too tired to complain after 12 hours sailing in the beautiful ionian under the hot sun

I booked the hotel opposite the matina booking sent me confirmation and it was paid The lady then said it wasnt available bit she good fix up with apartment near by which ended up 600m away

The location was fantastic, the staff were extremely helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was quite tight and the wetroom style made it quite tricky after showering.

Ease of booking, text messages with property manager, location, aircon

Key fob broke in pocket. Patio doors, Shutters and mosquito screen stuff, difficult to open and shut. Shower tiny.

there was no breakfast included . Toilet would not flush and air con did not work , kettle was broken too. Main road was noisy . But it was clean and easy access. other than that it was clean and a nice appartment.
