The Filoxenia Apartments, Nikiana

Good location, a bit by the main road but thus the beach abd shops get within reach. Great view from the top balcony which is spacious and provides shadow. Back bedroom was quiet enough for kids. Room service decent, maintained garden with tables to sit. Big rooms, high ceilings, not hot during the day. host responded via messages on booking quite fast

think all these drawbacks are easy to improve: - wi-fi works only at the balcony (host tried to fix that but failed), speed is slow - no pot or other option to make coffee - no frying pan - no kitchen towel - 2 bedroom - 2 fumigators would be great)) - the stove did not work properly, was challenge to switch it on and off. (assumably repeated complain in this room) - the service people one has chance to catch around might not speak english at all, i asked for kitcheneries needed but was too lazy to push more as we were only for 3 nights.

It was very clean, you could find everything you needed. the owners are very responsive and willing to help. the yard is big, plenty of space for any kind of activity

Even though it was marketed as if it is in the Filoxenia Apartments, it is on another location 500 meters away from the one mentioned. So make sure you confirm the location with the owners. There were a lot of mosquitos everywhere.
