The Filoxenia Apartments, Nikiana

Nice garden, parking, location, balcony. Very nice attitude during our texting with the owners via email. They were very sweet.

Terrible sound from the ventilation system in the bathroom, very loud. Instead of blankets or sheets some-kind of cover. Water in the shower doesn’t drain properly, you need to close the water and wait until it drains so you can continue showering. We booked another hotel for the next nights. It was cheaper and nicer. Those hotel rooms definitely need renovation.

Super clean, easy communication and very flexible in terms of check-in check-out as it wasn't busy and the room wasn't booked either the night before or after. So that was really appreciated! Thank you:) Also, absolutely beautiful gardens!

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for the marina and facilities. The parking area is really good.

The air conditioning was only in the living room and on the top floor apartment we found the bedrooms hot.

The property is pet friendly.

The aadress of the property was different from what we expected by the name. The cleaning lady just stormed in before we checked-out and really gave us a scare.

The staff was polite and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

There was a noise from the street and sometimes the other guest were noisy too.

Simple and clean apartment with nice balcony/garden. Good value for money. Friendly and helpful hosts.

After I booked, the hosts let me know it was in a different location, turned out to be fine but would have been nice to know beforehand. WiFi was very poor and I also had bad mobile phone service in the apartment. Communication about cleaning could be improved (time etc.), on my last day the lady arrived at 10am and already put the cleaning supplies in the apartment while check-out is at 11am. Shower didn’t get hot one morning.

Nice central location, very comfy bed, all you need after a long day.

A bit noisy because of the main street traffic (but nothing to do with the apartment).
