Extremely Disappointing and Horrible Stay – totally NOT Recommend We had a very bad experience at this property, and unfortunately, we were misled twice within 24 hours until we realized that they were just empty promises. Here are the main issues: 1. The apartment had no hot water for showers. 2. There was a central AC which we have no access to, to adjust the temperature. 3. No transparency of how the real apartment condition is and not taking responsibility to solve the issues. 4. Attitude problem: the owner confronted us with rather harsh tones and a bad attitude. There was no apologizing, no room for discussion, no respect and instead the phone conversation was filled with impatience and obnoxiousness. From the very first night, after realizing the problems, we contacted the host's colleague but it was left unread. The next day, we had to call, and were told the issues would be taken care of during the day. However, when we returned that evening, nothing had been fixed. Still no hot water, still freezing, and no way to turn off or adjust the air conditioning. The blanket provided was extremely thin, and we were unable to sleep in such conditions. We tried calling again, but couldn’t reach anyone—despite the contact being online. Later, we discovered that the hot water issue had already existed since May, long before our arrival. It is unacceptable that this was not disclosed to us in advance. They could have just informed us on the very day that the issues are unsolvable so that we can maybe make a different choice instead of staying and having hopes of something unrealistic that the issues will be solved. We feel completely misled. The host should have informed us about the water issue and allowed us to cancel for a full refund. Instead, we spent two days unable to shower, feeling sticky and uncomfortable, and had two sleepless nights in a freezing room. This significantly impacted our ability to enjoy our vacation.

Damn the accomodation is superb, excellent. I wish I could have a property like this. Top notch accomodation. I would book this accomodation next time with my family.

Maybe I just don't know how to activate the hot water on the shower. A bit walk to the nearest bus stop.

Beautiful and clean

The problem only is no hot water when we use the shower .the water is still too cold so we cannot take a bath. At night .We try to contact the assistant of the owner but not replying so the 4 days we stay there we supper to take a cold shower .

- The location was good. - They helped to organize a taxi to the airport for us, which we appreciate.

- The kitchen facilities were dirty, we had to clean before using them. - Insufficient cutlery. - There is a washing machine but it didn't work so we couldn't wash our clothes. Even though the host told us to buy soap for the washing machine... - There was no gas, so we couldn't use the stove to cook. - There wasn't hot or warm water, it was only freezing cold. Which we communicated to the host multiple times and didn't recive any answers back. - The bathroom was dirty. - Mosquitos in the bedroom all night, we couldn't sleep. - The bedding was insufficient, we had a beach towel as a blanket. - The outside of the house seemed luxurious, inside it felt like it was falling apart.

Nothing

It was only cold water!!!! The bed broken!!! And the owner/ receptionist nobody responded to my message!!! And i paid extra 20€ because we late 9min after 10pm Nobody come here!

The Staff was nice helpful but speaks English only.

The toilet was really dirty, no hot water (I hope it was a temporary problem). We found beach towel instead of a blanket as a cover for the bed. The door key was very difficult to use and it took some tries to close the door (and the help of a nice lady)

Very clean bedroom and place overall. Also very well located, near some kind a public place where people go out on the evening. Very quiet neighborhood.

Only cold water for us and even though there is a quiet hour, people were talking loudly all night

Location is perfect. Very clean bathroom and bedroom. Very quiet place.

There is no hair dryer and iron

Clean,spacious,good location, lovely host

Not much cutlery in the kitchen, had to eat my steak with a cheese knife, other than that everything was good!
