Central Luxury Garden guest house

I enjoy a lot my stay. You find everyting în that area. In center of Mestre. 15 minute to Venice. The House îs beautiful, new. A small Green garden. The 2 boys was very nice, friendly, available. I recomand this property.

The room was very different from the description: The washing machine is not working (it's not even plugged into the water supply) The kitchen is not private, it is shared. It is not heated at all, so we wouldn't want to eat there. Limited cutlery, a burnt plate The stove is not working (no gaz coming out). It was therefore impossible to cook the Christmas dinner we were planning on having. There was a construction bit inside of the dishwasher and the ground protection fell off when we opened, so we concluded it was not usable. Bathroom was clean-ish. All residents complained about lukewarm water. We booked for two people and a towel was missing. We repeatedly asked for one, but were never provided one. There is no view from the room (only a wall and a parking lot) The "bed" were two beds put together, as described. Impossible to separate them though, since there was only one bedding/cover. The bed head was partially in shambles. We asked the managers for assistance, but they ignored our messages and when we finally caught one while in the flat, they said "we'll take care of it" but never actually did it.

Our 2-day stay at the hotel left a mixed impression. I'll start with the hotel. It is located in the center of Mestre with convenient access to public transport, all the main stops are 5-7 minutes away on foot. It has its own micro-courtyard. It has a 2-level structure - on the 0th (ground) floor there is a hall and three rooms with two bathrooms, on the -1st level (basement) we get to the kitchen by stairs. The hotel's ambience is quite modern, the cleanliness in the rooms (mostly) meets expectations.

What I didn't like and spoiled the impression. In the next room our neighbors were two young girls, judging by the conversation - Italians. That same night they occupied two bathrooms, in which they were apparently preparing to receive guests. As it turned out later, the guests were three guys. As you can imagine, we were unable to rest at all after a busy day spent in Venice. The conversation with the neighbors almost ended with us calling the police. I understand that the hotel owners do not have prophetic powers, but it would be desirable to warn guests about the inadmissibility of such behavior. Luckily, there were other guests on the 2nd night and we were able to rest.

Excellent value for money and communication with host. Very good location near transport and shops. Clean and equipped with everything you need for a budget stay.
