Central Luxury Garden guest house

The room is clean, location is good, staff is kind :) Bathroom is shared but it's also very clean!

It's small apartment with 3 rooms. We can hear all sounds from the room next to us. I guess weekdays there is a construction but in weekend it's quiet

The guest house is an actual house, with multiple guest rooms, a common sitting area, two bathrooms and a dining kitchen. The room itself was quite comfortable: the bed was good & the room is spacious. The area isn't noisy so I slept well. Furthermore, the house is right behind one of the main streets of Mestre, so it's a good location. The common rooms have good potential, but there's room for improvement. During my stay I had no problems with warm water.

There is a washing machine, although it wasnt connected to any source of water.. so I wasnt able to actually use it. I let the staff know, and they are gonna improve this. A second thing I didn't like is, I wasn't informed beforehand that renovations are in progress on the outside of the building. I didn't have problems with noise, although it would've been nice to be informed about it (the house wasn't recognizable from the outside). Thirdly, it should be communicated beforehand that there is no reception room or whatever. The staff was just sitting in the living room. This seemed quite odd to me. Another thing that could be improved is that the gas in the kitchen wasn't working. I hope this can be fixed soon. The staff said it's because of the renovation works.. Lastly, the house is quite damp. When I did a hand wash eventually, and tried to dry my clothes in the room, they were only (sort of) dry after 3 days. I guess there's a lot of moisture in the air. There are also no heaters or anything to speed up the drying process.

Absolutely nothing One word: disgusting!

I definitely dislike: - no hot water for showers - no cleaning properly the property - no heating in the room and in the property -mold in the room

Excellent location. Four minutes to the bus to Venice Excellent supermarkets and lively pedestrian street less than five minute walk

Beds could be better

Nothing was likable. The room was not clean, specially the bed was full of dust.

There were spider net on the ceiling and it was very dusty and noisy. The apartment was under construction and there was noise of drilling machines hitting your head (almost) in the morning. They charge you 20€ if you’re coming after 10PM. In the washroom there was only hand wash, shower doesn’t have a holder, there were holes in the bedsheet.

They were refurbishing the front of the property, so it was a noise and dusty. But I'm aware that it's for good in the future

Owner was really easy to talk to and respondedly quickly. House is really nicely rennovated and top quality so heaps of potential.

Don't usually leave reviews but was such a shambles, I feel obligated to let people know. The shower doesnt have a stand so you have to hold it in the shower, it doesnt go warm or hot and is constantly cold, the tv doesnt work, the bed is so soft you feel like you are going to fall into the earth and it wasnt even a double bed but 2 singles put together so felt i was going to fall into the abyss. Keys i got given werent even the ones for the main door so got locked out so that was also nice.
