"Nice stay but could do with a few extra things"

The property was clean and the bathroom was lovely. Was in a good location for what I needed and the area was quiet.

There was no tv which would have been nice. And there was also no tea bags, plenty of coffee though. Also the bedroom door did not lock as female travellers it just adds an extra feeling of security.

"Comfortable and clean stay"

Very clean and convenient location with parking

Shower and toilet wasn’t en-suite you had to walk into hall and not sure if other people were using it. No lock on bedroom door. As a lone female I would have felt better if I could lock my bedroom door.

"Best Place to Stay"

Everything about it: Easy to find, near Bus Stop. Spacious, Super Clean and Tidy. Clear Useful Signs. Homely details. No expense spared nice quality fittings especially the lovely Shower. Tea 🍵 and Coffee ☕️ available. Ready to receive guests in all weather: portable heater and ceiling fan. Wasn't expecting Clean fluffy towels and courtesy bottle of water. Bravo!!

There is nothing to fault about this place. Very clean, has all the basics that you need, amazing value for money and for us location is perfect as we have family near by and always need somewhere to stay. Add bonus is being able to park off the road. Will 100% be back again!

Gute Lage mit Parkplatz vor der Tür. Sehr sauber und freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

Alles hat gefallen! Lediglich wären noch Teebeutel - zusätzlich zu dem vorhandenen Kaffee - nützlich gewesen.

"Lovely stay."

Very clean easy to get to from Sutton town centre.

Really needs to have a TV. But that’s just my preference. Other than that, no complaints.
