Exceptionally clean. Able to park on site. Lovely and quiet. 10 mins walk to Sutton train station.

Would like to have been able to lock the bedroom door. (just personal preference as a single female)

Very friendly welcome. Parked car in driveway. Owner showed me the facilities and explained everything. Lovely finishes to bedroom and adjacent bathroom. Would highly recommend.

Great place for me. Very clean and well looked after. Ash is always very helpful, accommodating and welcoming. Fantastic Location, only 6 minutes to my work. Free Parking!

"A very comfortable stay overnight stay. Felt like home and I would definitely stay again."

I didn't have breakfast as had an early morning start to work. For me the Location was fantastic. Just 6 minute drive to my work place.

Can't think of anything not to like. A spacious room, comfortable bed, Private shower room. Wardrobe space, tea, coffee and milk provided in room. Everything was very clean and new looking.
